We will be outside! Dress for a windy walk with waterproof shoes. Bring a hat, either wooly or shade depending on the forecast. It can be quite a lot colder on the water than the land so bring an extra layer. We stock S, M and L waterproofs, but not child's sizes.
Our RYA certified instructors are trained to impart the right level of knowledge at an appropriate level. They are experienced in identifying mistakes made by course candidates and giving appropriate, constructive feedback allowing you to progress faster. Knowing how to do something is not the same as being able to teach it.
You won't be entering the water intentionally! We operate in the Irish Sea, as such waves are common and you may get some spray or wet feet from water in the boat after pulling ropes in or such.
